Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders Today!

The inspiration for this book are the hundreds of thousands of police officers and firefighters worldwide that sacrifice their life each day to protect the public they serve. With the unprecedented decline in the world economy, today many communities are finding it increasingly difficult to provide desired levels of public safety protection to their residents.  

Given the many challenges federal, state and local governments are faced with, managing tomorrow’s public safety departments will not be for the faint of heart. It will be reserved for the dedicated, forward thinking, value driven, adaptive minded, consensus builders who are capable of applying creative solutions to complex problems.

To succeed in this endeavor, it is imperative that we begin preparing tomorrow’s leaders today!
